Don't build a business around flavour of the month

We were an early version of TinyOwl and Swiggy , delivering food for restaurants. While doing that we ended up delivering food to some people who were running e-commerce companies. They told us if you can deliver food in half hour why can't you do deliveries for our products. We moved from local food delivery to e-commerce fulfilment because we saw the chance to create an integrated, technology-driven solution for what would become a multi-billion dollar market.
