Arunachal CM presents Rs 514-crore deficit budget

 Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Nabam Tuki on Wednesday presented a Rs 514.87-crore deficit budget for 2015-16 with major thrust on employment generation through skill development, health and education sectors.

The budget estimate for 2015-16 shows a receipt of Rs 12,533.62 crore under the consolidated fund of the state of which Rs 11,635.68 crore is on the revenue account and Rs 897.94 crore in the capital account Astrological Prediction For Indian Stock Markets
The total expenditure from the consolidated fund under non-plan expenditure is estimated at Rs 5,980.06 crore of which Rs 5,590.64 crore is on the revenue account and Rs 389.42 on the capital account.

"I propose to keep a provision of Rs 778.25 crore for education (34% more than last year), Rs 346.18 crore for health (22% increase) and Rs 279.38 for water supply (41% increase)," the chief minister added.

The budget also proposed an allocation of Rs 1,055.82 crore on infrastructure. "I propose a total budgetary provision of Rs 630.57 crore for agriculture and allied sectors, including water resources, which is 20% more than last year," he said Indian stock market astrology prediction

Tuki said he has set a target of creating 30,000 jobs, including self-employment by the end of 12th Five Year Plan. He said under the education sector, Rs 50 crore has been earmarked for central schemes like Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, midday meal and Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan.
