Business to business meet with realty brokers on cards in Nashik

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (Credai) has decided to hold business-to-business (B2B) meetings with real estate brokers in Nashik and Mumbai, in a bid to give the sector a boost Stock Market Trading Tips

The real estate sector has been passing through a phase of recession for the past four years and Nashik is no exception. In the city, the supply is good, but the demand is comparatively poor. There are no takers for around 4,000 flats which are ready for use.

Nashik Credai president Jayesh Thakkar said, "A B2B will be organised with brokers in Mumbai and Nashik before Diwali next month. "We are inviting select 100 real estate brokers in Mumbai. The objective is to attract customers from Mumbai who are ready to buy flats in Nashik. We will invite 100 select brokers from Nashik as well for B2B.
